1.黄油软化后加入椰蓉;

小窍门&温馨提示
1.图18我打的鲜奶油量比较多,因为还有其他甜品也要,方子给的量可以做如图的小挞7-8个;
2.上面拉线的栗子奶油按方子量会有剩余,用不了那么多,栗子可以栗子煮熟了去壳过筛,或者直接买市售成品的熟栗子,不过如果是已经调味过的栗子,注意减糖量;
3.天气渐凉,关于奶油奶酪的软化,我是把奶油奶酪称好后连着不锈钢盆一起放在正在烤的烤箱顶上,软化的程度刚刚好,不会过,也可以微波炉叮。
