1.面粉糯米粉的分量一样,这样做出来就软硬适中,用开水和面,至不沾手即可

2.萝卜干洗净剁碎备用

5.先放干葱头入锅炒,炒香后放入肉馅萝卜干一起炒,炒后起锅控油

6.蒸笼的格子,用沙质布料垫底,这样蒸的时候酿粄不会沾到格子上

7.取适量和好的面揉成圆团,然后压扁,像包饺子那样把肉馅料包进去

8.这是半成品,全做好后放入蒸笼蒸,十五分钟左右,蒸至表面的粉蒸透即可
