1.菜脯洗干净然后切小块状

2.蒜苗切段,菜脯切碎,瘦肉也切小块并用植物油,生粉抓一抓

3.先把肉炒一下

4.肉变色后把菜脯放进去一起炒。

5.加点清水,盖住煮到收汁

6.放蒜苗进去翻炒然后放点生抽接着炒
