15.糯米面用凉水活,水逐渐加,成团就可以

小窍门&温馨提示
1、 我用的乌鸡蛋,很小,如普通鸡蛋2个就可以;
2、 澄粉是广东做水晶虾饺的一种小麦淀粉,和低筋粉理论上都可以用普通淀粉替代,有兴趣的可以试试。
