1.准备食材。

2.香菇去掉根部,水中加入一勺面粉清洗干净,面粉能把香菇中的杂质洗出来。

3.油菜根部切平,不要把油菜切散,根部能立着放平就行了。

4.把油菜叶和油菜帮切一刀分开。

5.把油菜帮用剪刀剪个角修整一下,更像玫瑰花瓣的样子。

6.锅内加水烧开,放入一些食用油,这样焯水后油菜能保留碧绿的颜色。

7.再加入一勺盐。

8.水开后先把油菜花焯水2分钟,别焯软了。

9.再把叶子焯水。

10.放入凉水中泡一会。

11.整理摆盘,叶子铺在盘底,油菜花摆在盘子边上,用手整理好花型。

12.锅中淋少许油,煎熟香菇。

13.把煎熟的香菇摆在花心中间。
