2.吉利丁片剪小块加20克牛奶(40克里面的)泡软备用。

3.将20克牛奶放入抹茶粉里,搅拌均匀。

4.奶油奶酪隔水软化,搅打至光滑细腻。

5.将抹茶液放入奶油奶酪里搅拌均匀。

6.将泡软的吉利丁片隔水融化。

7.将融化的吉利丁液放入抹茶奶酪糊里,搅拌均匀。

8.淡奶油加糖粉搅打至渐显纹路。

9.将淡奶油拌入奶酪糊里。翻拌均匀。

10.戚风蛋糕切好放慕斯圈底层,倒入抹茶奶酪慕斯馅,震几下,放冰箱冷藏4小时以上。

11.镜面材料准备。

12.花花洗净,放厨房用纸,吸干水份备用。

13.雪碧加入隔水融化的吉利丁液里,搅拌均匀。

14.2小时后取出慕斯蛋糕,放上花花。淋上放凉的镜面。放冰箱冷藏。2小时以上。
