1.韭黄洗净后切段备用

2.沙虫在市场买回来的时候是处理干净的,回到家洗净就可以了

3.先用油把韭黄炒至6成熟,放5克的盐调味装盘子备用

4.再烧热炒锅,放入油翻炒沙虫,放少量的糖和盐调味后倒入炒好的韭黄
