1.肉类蔬菜都切成适口大小,咖喱粉和淀粉混合,加入少许水调成糊状

2.平底锅加热,加入少许底油煎香肉类

3.肉类变色后加入柴鱼高汤,蔬菜按成熟时间加入

4.煮至喜欢的程度,缓缓加入咖喱汁,一边加一遍用筷子搅拌
