1.芝麻洗净,捞出干瘪的。

2.上锅蒸,蒸到芝麻变胖,变鼓。

3.户外晾晒 如此蒸晒反复九次即可。

4.将晾晒好的芝麻用不粘锅小火慢炒,炒到芝麻油光发亮,慢慢变胖到散发香味就可以关火了。

5.分成两半,一半用破壁机打出油,一半打的粗糙,倒一起混合,加上蜂蜜,反复揉搓,再用擀面杖使劲敲打三百次。

6.捏成10克左右大小的丸子。

7.包上纸,方便拿取食用。
