1.芥菜酸菜一碗,炸小酥肉适量,葱姜蒜、青红辣椒适量。

2.热锅冷油,炒锅放入比平时炒菜稍多一点油,煸香葱姜蒜青红辣椒。

3.倒入酸菜煸炒片刻。

7.调入适量的盐,大火烧开,小火炖一会,但不要让水炖干。
