1.新鲜的平菇用手撕成小块儿。备用。

2.清水里放点菜籽油。保持青豆的颜色把青豆煮熟备用。

3.平菇也煮熟备用。

4.:热锅起油,放入大蒜。

5.放入平菇炒两分钟。

6.放入青豆,盐,鸡精,均匀翻炒。

7.用水淀粉勾个芡。勾芡的时候注意轻轻搅动锅,以免糊锅。

8.起锅撒上葱花。
