1.准备好鸡肉,提前用姜片腌制去腥

2.切小块,用刀背拍一下

3.面粉和鸡蛋调成鸡蛋糊,把鸡肉放进去充分搅拌

4.放油,油烧热后,把鸡肉放进,炸至金黄色

6.下鸡肉,翻炒均匀

下锅炸的时候,油温七八成热最好,不然外面容易焦,里面又不熟
