1.猪肝洗净切片,洗掉血水,然后用白醋腌制。

2.菠菜洗净切段。

3.锅里烧水,水开菠菜过水,然后过凉水,这样菠菜不会发黑。

4.木耳泡发,也过一下热水。

5.腌制的猪肝洗净,再烧水,水烧开,舀一勺放进猪肝里,搅一下再倒出,再放一勺水,搅一下倒出,重复三四次,这样猪肝很嫩而且没有杂质。

6.热锅下油,放葱姜蒜爆香。

7.放水,烧开。
