1.新鲜鱿鱼一只。

2.将鱿鱼片的外表皮一面贴于砧板上。

3.内肉肌朝上。

12.鱿鱼片转45°,反刀切至厚度的3/4。

13.形成网状的切口。

14.最后用直刀改切成长方块,鱿鱼须切斜段。

15.将鱿鱼片和鱿鱼须段放入沸水中焯一下,卷起即捞起放入凉水中激一下,然后捞出沥干水分备用。

16.青、红椒洗净切适当大小备用;大葱切段,生姜切片,大蒜切末备用。

17.锅中放入适量油爆香葱姜蒜。

18.然后放入青红椒片。

19.焯好的鱿鱼翻炒均匀。
