盐适量,
白糖适量,
醋适量,
酱油适量,

1.蒜苔,胡萝卜切条待用。

2.蒜适量,切片。准备好花椒。

3.把切好的胡萝卜,蒜苔入水焯一下,但不要焯过了,段生熟即可。捞出来过凉水,再用凉水浸泡十分钟。

4.把焯好的蒜苔和胡萝卜表面水分晾干,加入切好的蒜片。

5.放入盐,白糖,鸡精,拌匀,腌制二十分钟

6.加入四勺醋,两勺酱油。醋和酱油的比例是2:1。再倒入炸好的花椒油即可。

7.一般加保鲜膜放入冰箱腌制一天就可以了。
