1.先把白凉粉倒在碗里;

2.加入白糖和抹茶粉拌均匀;

6.水开调小火,把调好的凉粉把入开水中,边倒边搅拌;

7.调中火继续煮,边煮边搅拌;

8.煮至沸腾,关火,表面有泡沫,用勺子撇出,倒进盘子放凉;

9.把放凉的凉粉放冰箱冷藏2小时以上;
