11.起火,大锅烧热,倒入五花肉翻炒,等待出油!

12.五花肉出油完毕,放入生姜、葱头、芹菜爆香!

14.翻炒均匀后,加入适量水没过配料,盖上盖子焖至沸腾!

15.大米淘洗沥干,用手均匀地绕圈铺在表面上,盖上盖子小火焖至汤汁收干!
