1.准备所需材料

2.蛋白分三次加入40克细砂糖

3.打至硬性发泡

4.然后倒入的杏仁碎(我是买的现成的杏仁碎),然后翻拌均匀

5.模具底铺上油纸,我是用活底模具的

6.将拌好的杏仁蛋糕糊倒入模具里,再把蛋糕糊抹平。烤箱预热160度,放中层烤15-18分钟

7.自制葡萄酒中放入咖啡至溶化备用

8.黑巧克力切成小丁备用

9.蛋黄加入20克细砂糖

10.然后打发至有纹路

11.再加入调好的葡萄酒咖啡

12.再次打搅均匀

13.将淡奶油打发至有纹路,倒入拌好的蛋黄糊,然后翻拌均匀

14.加入巧克力丁,巧克力丁不要全部加入,要留出一部分放蛋糕表面装饰,然后翻拌均匀

15.将拌好的冰激淋糊倒入烤好的杏仁蛋糕坯里(蛋糕坯要等到自然冷却,才能倒入冰激凌糊)

16..然后用抹刀抹平表面

17.再把剩余的巧克力丁,放在冰激淋蛋糕表面作为装饰,最后把冰激淋蛋糕放入冰箱冷冻一晚,食用时取出放置几分钟即可切块。
小窍门&温馨提示
一开始只有冷藏4小时我就取出了,但蛋糕没有那么光洁,最好冷藏一晚第二天食用
