小窍门&温馨提示
1. 山药去皮切丁后一定要浸入水中,以防氧化变色;
2. 焯煮的时候是根据蔬菜的易熟程度来决定先后顺序的,因为冷冻青豆玉米粒本身已经是熟的了,所以焯煮时间不必过久;
3. 最后勾芡最好使用薄芡,这样才符合清淡的口感;
