5.锅里放油把肥肉放里炸2~3分钟

6.放入姜,干红椒,蒜子炸香

7.血旺切块放入锅中翻炒均匀,放盐,黄酒,醋老抽再翻炒3~5分钟。

8.放入豆腐,放入豆瓣酱和辣椒酱,豆腐易碎小心翻炒两下烧3~5分钟。

9.放入白菜,蘑菇(若是锅里太干放少许水)烧开,小火焖15~20分钟。
