1.把所有原料混合,揉成光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜松驰5分钟。

2.搓成长条后下成适当的剂子。

3.揉圆摁扁,擀成圆片,并刷上一层油。

4.对折,用一把干净的梳子压出叶筋。

5.左手食指和拇指捏出叶根,右手食指和拇指分别往里推一下,如图所示。

6.掀开放上三颗红枣,即成生坯。

7.生坯放竹帘上发酵至两倍大。

8.蒸锅上火,蒸格里刷上一层油放入生坯,上汽后蒸约15--20分钟即成。
