1.将紫薯蒸熟后碾成泥

2.将紫薯泥、白糖和面粉混合

3.用酵母水和成光滑的面团

4.容器里(我用的是烤蛋糕的模具)抹上油,将面团放进去

5.盖上干净的湿布,放温暖处发酵一小时

6.发好后直接放蒸锅里蒸上30分钟
