1.牛肉600克,山药2根,葱1棵,姜1块,香菜2棵。

2.牛肉洗净,切小块,凉水下锅焯去血腥,用温水涮洗干净。

3.准备好炖牛肉的料。

4.洗净的牛肉,加料包,料酒少许,加温水没过牛肉,放压力锅压25分钟。

5.山药去皮放淡盐水中防氧化,切滚刀块。

6.肉炖好了,放平底锅里炖煮,加上山药想喝汤就留些,不想喝汤就靠干隨意。最后加点盐撒上香莱叶就可以了,对了我加了一点点酱油。
