1.鸡胸肉切条,加盐、料酒腌制一会。

2.小碗中加入白糖、番茄酱、白醋、少许水搅拌均匀备用。

3.大碗中放入土豆淀粉、面粉、鸡蛋、水调成糊状。

4.腌好的鸡条裹上一层面粉湖。

5.五层油温下锅炸。

6.炸至微黄色捞出。

7.待油温升高再复炸一次,炸至金黄酥脆捞出。

8.锅中留底油、倒入番茄酱汁烧开。

9.把炸好的鸡条倒入均匀裹上芡汁。
