1.猪前腿肉7分瘦3分肥,洗净

2.生姜切丝,蒜蓉剁碎

3.加入料酒

5.加入叉烧酱跟生姜及蒜蓉,抓匀

6.盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏腌制一个晚上(可提前)

7.腌制好的猪肉整块架在烤网上,放入预热好的烤箱,上下火190~200度,烤35分钟左右

8.中途取出翻面刷烧烤汁2~3次,使其上色,最后剩余5分钟的时候取出刷蜂蜜

9.整块叉烧烤好之后按照肉的纹路切成薄片即可
