21.添加史云生原汁上汤,大火烧开转小火炖至食材成熟、汤汁醇厚上桌。
小窍门&温馨提示
1.山药粉丝比较Q所以放在底部。容易烂的粉丝要放在菜上哦。
2.黄芽菜容易出水,故倒入史云生原汁上汤要注意尺度,避免溢锅浪费了。
3.选用干香菇香味浓郁,鹌鹑蛋煮熟去壳放入。
4.汤汁越炖越鲜香,喝不完下次放把小菜心,碧绿、鲜美又体现。
