1.腊肉凉水烧煮约8分钟,取出切片;

2.将冬笋剥皮,洗净,切片;红辣椒切圈,大蒜子拍碎,大蒜叶切段;

3.将水烧开,放入冬笋煮约1分钟,捞起滤干;
