1.准备好材料

6.加入适量手粉

14.放一边醒发,如果环境比较干冷,可盖上保鲜膜或湿巾,直到看上去明显变大,拿起来比较轻盈就发酵好了

15.冷水上锅,小火五分钟后转中火15分钟,关火,闷两三分钟开盖,取出

小窍门&温馨提示
①南瓜泥的含水量不一样,所以水量还需要根据情况适量增减
②面团发酵,不要光看时间,还要看状态,要发酵到位,但也要注意不能过度发酵
③面团一定要揉到位
