1汤匙,
盐,

料酒,

生粉,
1汤匙,

2根菌菇牛柳的做法步骤

1.先用刀背把牛肉横后竖均匀的敲一遍后再切成条状

2.入清水泡清血水后洗净捞起沥干水分

3.备好泡发的菌菇,再把牛柳放入盆内加入盐,料酒,生粉和蚝油抓匀腌制2小时

4.青蒜分别把叶子和蒜梗切细

5.热锅倒油,油要比平时炒菜稍微多一点

6.油温5分热把牛柳倒入过油至变色捞起

7.再把菌菇倒入炒出香味

小窍门&温馨提示
1.我用的是干菌菇,可以依照自家的喜好调味
2.牛柳过油已经是八分熟了,最后倒入快速翻炒出锅能保持鲜嫩的口感
3.各家的口味不同请按照自家的口味调整味道
