1.把枸杞用热水泡软后沥干水份,用剪刀对半剪开枸杞备用.把所有材料除黄油外倒入面包桶内开搅拌程序.

2.等面团可以揉出厚膜后,加入黄油继续搅拌至完全状态.程序最后几分钟加入枸杞搅拌

3.搅拌结束取出面团,盖上保鲜膜

4.进烤箱28度进行发酵.

5.发酵至两倍大.戳洞不回缩即可!

6.发酵结束取出面团,平均分成3个面团,用擀面杖排气,滚圆,盖上保鲜膜松弛10分钟.

7.这个时候把100g奶油奶酪和白砂糖隔热水加热.搅拌至顺滑.

8.松弛结束,把面团擀成长方形.均匀抹上奶油奶酪馅再铺满蜜豆.

9.裹好馅料,把面团卷起来.把烤盘里铺一层黑白芝麻燕麦片,最后面团进烤盘里滚一圈让其表面蘸满芝麻燕麦

10.全部面团都裹好后,放进烤箱里进行二次发酵,

11.二次发酵结束后,进烤箱180度上下火20分钟

12.烘烤结束,取出面包晾凉后切开.就可以吃啦!
