1.比管鱼洗净,剪开布袋,取出墨囊和软刺,待用;

2.豆腐冲洗干净,待用;

3.锅里加适量的清水,水开后把豆腐捏碎放进去,边煮边用锅铲把大块的豆腐压碎;

4.开锅后,稍煮一会,

成了无油的比管鱼炖豆腐,汤的味道确非常鲜美,
大部分比管鱼带有鱼籽
大部分情况下,比管鱼无需破肚,
