1.猪肉馅和猪油渣大约3:2的比例,猪油渣要剁碎一些,我的原来就切的很碎。

2.加入生抽、老抽、料酒、姜葱末、白胡椒粉、白糖、植物油搅拌均匀腌制。

3.将面粉加入酵母、温水用面包机和面并发酵,发酵至两倍大,拉开看里面有大的气泡孔洞。

4.白萝卜去皮,切成短一些的细丝,或者是用擦丝器擦成丝。

5.萝卜丝焯水,要多焯一会大约5、6分钟吧,这样能去掉萝卜的辛辣味。

6.焯好水的萝卜丝用纱布包好攥干水分。

7.全部攥干水分的萝卜丝。

15.所有包好的包子二次饧发半小时,冷水入锅,大火开锅后,中火蒸15分钟。

16.关火后虚蒸5分钟再取出。
