1.材料:奶油芝士:200克、细砂糖:30克、黄油:30克、鸡蛋:3个、淡奶油:100克、低筋粉:40克、细砂糖:50克

2.制作:1.将蛋清蛋黄有分蛋器分开待用

3.2.奶油芝士加细砂糖一起隔热水加热搅均匀

4.3.将黄油隔热水软化慢慢加入芝士里搅拌均匀

13.12.模具放入深点的烤盘里,倒入冷水隔水烤

14.13.烤箱上下火150度烤30分钟后将温度降至上下火140度继续烤30分钟左右至表面金黄色

15.14.烤后取出后放置冷凉,轻乳酪蛋糕出炉后会有所回缩是正常的,冷却后倒扣脱模即可(冰箱冷藏保存)
