蓝莓酱适量蓝莓芝士蛋糕的做法步骤

1.准备好材料

2.奶油奶酪提前放到室温下软化

3.首先制作蛋糕饼底..取一个保鲜袋把消化饼干放进保鲜袋里.绑紧保鲜袋口..用擀面杖或者汤匙把消化饼干压成碎末状.(要小心不要把保鲜袋压破了..)

4.黄油切成小块..隔水加热至溶化成液态..

5.把饼干碎倒进黄油里..搅拌均匀..

6.把搅拌均匀的饼干碎末倒到6寸蛋糕模..均匀的铺在蛋糕模底部..拿汤匙压平压紧..然后把蛋糕模放进冰箱冷藏备用

7.在蛋糕模的底下包上锡纸..包扎实了

8.把奶油奶酪放进一个兜里..隔水加热至彻底软化.在兜里加入细砂糖..用电动打蛋器把奶油奶酪和糖一起打至顺滑状..

9.先将第一个鸡蛋打入奶酪糊里和奶酪糊搅拌均匀后..再加另一个..

10.此时可以把兜从热水里拿出来了..在奶酪糊中倒入动物性淡奶油并且搅拌均匀

11.拿蓝莓洗干净吸干水..铺在垫好饼干的蛋糕模上..喜欢蓝莓多一点的可以铺满哦..

12..把搅拌好的奶酪蛋糕糊倒入第5步的蛋糕模里..

13.在上层可以铺一点蓝莓..

14.把蛋糕模放在烤盘里..并在烤盘里倒进清水..烤箱预热到160..蛋糕模连同烤盘一起放入烤箱 中层 上下火烤1个小时左右..

15.烤好后把蛋糕从装有水的烤盘里拿出来放凉..再放冰箱里冰过夜..

16.脱模
