1.大虾仁洗净后吸干水分

2.用刀压成虾泥

3.虾泥可以再用刀剁剁碎后

4.加入料酒、姜汁、白胡椒粉和一点点盐搅拌均匀

5.然后用手搅打上劲成虾胶

6.买回的秋葵洗净

7.切去头尾后,对半切开,把里面的籽去除

8.把虾胶酿到秋葵里

9.我把里面的籽撒在上面一起蒸了

10.放到蒸笼里,水开后蒸7-8分钟

11.这是蒸好的

12.撒上葱花和红椒粒

13.加入一勺薄盐生抽

14.淋上热油爆香葱花即可
小窍门&温馨提示
虾胶馅调的时候千万不要太咸,甚至可以不加盐,因为最后还要加生抽的
我用的冰冻虾仁,怕腥所以加了料酒还有姜汁和白胡椒粉,如果是活虾剥的,只要加点料酒,其他都可以不加
