1.准备食材五花肉,土豆 .

2.五香蒸肉粉1袋,超市菜场都可买到.

3.五花肉洗净切大片,姜,葱备用.

4.五花肉放1匙料酒,1匙白糖.

5.五香蒸肉粉撕开倒入肉中加姜片搅拌均匀.(袋中两种调料都留下-点点).

6.放入葱结,腌渍1至2小时备用.

7.土豆洗净削皮切小块,放清水中泡-下去淀粉.

8.土豆沥干水,将剩余的蒸肉粉调料倒入加点盐搅拌好.

9.放入腌渍好的五花肉下面垫底.

10.放入蒸锅,我放入电饭煲,下面要多放水以防煮干.上汽蒸1个小时20分钟.
