9.盛入盘中撒入葱花,OK了
小窍门&温馨提示
1,如果冷水下锅,等水开再倒入潮虾。
2,先下调料再倒入虾,汤水再开虾变色即可。
这样做的虾,肉质细嫩味美。一般配上一碟子醋蘸食。
