1.洗好的豆腐切厚片,在切条,最后切成小方块

2.热锅注油,烧制六成热,倒入切好的豆腐炸制,其间要小心翻动,豆腐会黏锅,力气太大豆腐会碎

3.炸到豆腐金黄色的时候就可以出锅沥干油备用

要注意的:1.炸豆腐其间要小心翻动,以免糊锅,但是也要小心豆腐不要弄坏
2.爆香辣椒粉的时候一定要小火,以免糊锅,
3.铁板烧热的时候拿的时候一定要带厚手套,以免烫到
